When you submit our quote request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property location, and the project details you provide. We also record technical information such as the page you submitted from, referring site, and any ad campaign identifiers (UTM parameters, Google Click ID, Meta Click ID) attached to your visit.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your quote request, schedule and deliver our services, and understand which marketing channels are effective. We do not sell your personal information.
Email delivery
Quote requests are delivered to our team via Resend, an email delivery provider. Your email address is also used to send a single automated confirmation that we’ve received your request.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent (see the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies in your browser. Declining consent does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a quote request. We also store first-touch campaign identifiers in your browser’s session storage, independent of analytics consent, so we can tell you how you found us if you ask.
Data retention & access
We retain quote request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our business records. Contact us using the details below if you’d like to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.
